Everybody Dances With The Grim Reaper.....

The origins of the Grim Reaper go back far into the past and he was known by many names. In old Celtic folklore he was known as L’Ankou, sometimes called Father Time. To the Greeks he was known as Cronus and the Romans called him Saturn. 

The Grim Reaper can teach us much. He serves as a reminder that life is short and to make the best of every day (eat dessert first and dance now), to cut away the dead wood and move ahead. The Grim Reaper also reminds us to care for out dearly departed. Go to the cemetery and lovingly tend a grave;  go to a funeral and speak. Remember those you miss, however painful.

You can be a king or street sweeper, but everybody dances with the Grim Reaper.

For the last years I have only used on brand of skins.  When I started this blog

I told you that I would only ever use this skins.  Well.  I lied. xDDDD

This photo was taken by me in my house with high graphics only...nothing fancy...no special lights...no photoshop...see I didn't even sign the picture

like I always do.  

I wanted the pure beauty of the skin to show for itself and it does.

The creator of this skin is Inka Mexicola..a.k.a Mr. Lambert.

I am writing this up for him...not just because he is my friend and a super awesome person..which he is...but because he deserves it for his hard work.

Estoy muy complicada......

I get overwhelmed easily sometimes.  I overthink everything.  I have OCD and my brain never turns off.  Sometimes I lay in bed for hours staring at the ceiling and play each part of my day over and over in my head trying to figure out what I could or should have done differently.  I have walls I have built around me and over the years...I have made them quite strong.  I don't let many people inside. but those that happen to get in....get in because I love them.  When I love you...I give all of myself.  That's the worst trait you know...because you give people the very keys they need to destroy you.  But I do it anyway...trusting that they love me as much as I love them and hoping with every fiber of my being that they won't hurt me.  Shakespeare said it best...Expectation is the root of all disappointments.  I've learned not to expect much from anyone. Maybe is a mistake to be like that but....as Neitzsche says...What doesn't kill us, only makes us stronger!  As you can tell...in case you never notice before...I am a very complicated woman xD
